Courtney Courter, The beautiful from Metro Kansas City, winning the title Miss Kansas USA 2009 Sunday night Dec 21, 2008. Courter, who came to the two-day pageant as Miss Metro Kansas City USA, beat out over two dozen other competitors from across the state for the title.
Courtney Courter will be represent Kansas in Miss USA 2009 Beauty Pageant.
The 58th Miss USA pageant will take place April 19 at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas and will be televised on NBC.
