Parvathy Omanakuttan HOT 1st Runner Up to Miss World PICS

Parvathy Omanakuttan, Miss India 2008, is the First Runner Up to Miss World 2008, Kseniya Sukhinova. She was crowned at the Miss World Grand Finale at Johannesburg, South Africa on December 13, 2008.
